Refunds

Refunds are generally not available unless there is a prior agreement set in place. For hourly base assignments, work is typically conducted and billed in four-hour increments unless there is a specific time frame established. Personnel must allocate time and resources to render services, which in turn prevents them from accepting and conducting other work.
